What to Expect
- You must obtain agency authorization for household goods (HHGs) shipment services for your relocation to a new duty station
- Read through GSA’s
Relocating Employee’s Rights & Responsibilities for Household Goods Services
- Your HHGs will be moved in a professional & timely manner
- One of our qualified & professional relocation teams will pack, load, transport, & unpack your HHGs
- We will conduct an on-site pre-move survey of your property to determine weight, packing material, & containers needed
- You & your GSA Consultant at All Ways will establish the dates on which your shipment will be packed, loaded, & delivered
- You will receive a confirmation call the business day prior to the packing & loading of your HHGs to confirm the arrival time of your relocation team
- Your relocation team will protect your home before packing & removing your possessions
- Your relocation team will inspect & perform all packing, crating, and padding necessary to ensure the safe transportation of your property
- After delivery of your HHGs, you must complete the GSA Household Goods Carrier Evaluation Report. You will receive an email with a link to an electronic version.
